Job Summary :
This role exists to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to our people supported. This is achieved through the development, assessment and evaluation of support plans for the people we serve as well as through the hiring, training and supervision of direct care staff.
Qualifications & Skills :
Required :
- Two years' experience in the Human Services field
- Experience working with the protection and advocacy of vulnerable populations
- Passion for and dedication to ABLE Inc.'s mission
- Experience supervising, training, evaluating, and supporting staff
- Ability to analyze behavior and implement active treatment programs
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and related programs
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Complete integrity, honesty, and confidentiality

The individual must frequently lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and may need to assist in lifting a resident / individual in the case of an emergency. Specific correctable vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision. Depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
