Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. This role offers flexible hours, allowing you to connect one-on-one with patients and help them improve their health.

• Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health and identifying barriers to care.
• Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, averaging 6-9 visits daily at $80 per assessment.
• Potential to increase per-visit rates by up to 160% in select counties.
• Shifts available Monday to Sunday, with no nights or weekends required.
• Independent contractor status with flexible scheduling.
• State license required; licensed in MO and OK preferred.
• Travel throughout AR/MO/OK may be necessary.
