Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inbound Lead to manage and optimize our inbound
operations. This role will be responsible for processing inbound shipments, ensuring inventory
accuracy, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support efficient warehouse
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Operations & Inventory Management
Receive and process all inbound products, including leather goods, apparel, and jewelry.
Coordinate shipment details with the Planning and Marketing teams to ensure timely receipt and proper storage aligned with launch dates.
Conduct quality control inspections on all incoming shipments, identifying and addressing any issues.
Organize and streamline inventory for eCommerce, retail, and wholesale channels.
Warehouse & Fulfillment Support
Assist with outbound operations as needed to maintain workflow efficiency.
Accurately process customer returns, inspecting, logging, and restoring items into inventory.
Maintain and optimize warehouse organization to support efficient fulfillment and restocking.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in warehouse, inventory management, or logistics operations.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage timelines effectively.
Proficiency in inventory management systems or warehouse software is a plus.
Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 lbs as needed.
