Role Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Blockchain Engineer at Able Labs, you will take a leadership role in shaping the technical vision of our multi-chain platform products, oracles, and DEX solutions. You’ll guide a team of engineers and collaborate with product and design teams to deliver end-to-end decentralized applications that redefine the Web3 user experience.
Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership : Set technical direction for projects, mentor team members, and define best practices.
- Architectural Design : Design complex smart contract architectures and orchestrate multi-chain strategies for interoperability and scalability.
- Full Stack Development : Lead the development of front-end interfaces using React Native and back-end services with Node.js, ensuring seamless Web3 integration.
- Platform Strategy : Work with leadership to define platform roadmaps, identify opportunities for innovation, and scope technical feasibility.
- Security & Audits : Oversee code reviews, security audits, and continuous testing, ensuring smart contracts and applications are robust and reliable.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Liaise with product managers, designers, and marketing teams to align technical goals with product vision.
