Main Duties & Responsibilities :
- Lead hands-on and strategic technology initiatives to enhance IT infrastructure, aligning with evolving client needs and market trends.
- Oversee the deployment and management of IT systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to industry best practices.
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, utilizing advanced threat detection and data protection strategies.
- Manage the design and execution of IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades and network optimizations.
- Establish vendor partnerships and negotiate procurement of cutting-edge hardware and software solutions.
- Drive technology innovation through the adoption of emerging tools and trends to maintain market competitiveness.
- Develop comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate risks.
- Lead IT governance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Mentor and manage high-performing IT teams, fostering collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate IT budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with organizational goals.
