Waterford Estates, located in the South Chicago suburb of Hazel Crest, IL, is a large senior-living community with independent living, supportive living and memory care. We are seeking a candidate that will assist the Activities Director in the development, organization, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive therapeutic recreation services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each resident.

Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in social or recreational program coordination is preferred.
- State license and/or certificate preferred.
- Able to relate professionally and positively to residents and families and to work cooperatively with others.
- We are a vaccinated care facility. New hires will need to provide proof of vaccination or other acceptable documents prior to starting employment.
- MUST have a VALID driver's license.
- CNA preferred but not required.
