What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aide position at AbleHearts (Generic)?
Opened in the Spring of 2020, The Lakes of Clermont Health & Rehabilitation Center is conveniently located in the southern half of Lake County. We are an 80-bed, fast-paced, skilled nursing community full of dedicated and compassionate caregivers, and we are looking for additional team members to work with our at-risk patient population.
We are looking for a person to be a Dietary Aide who has a passion for working with seniors at a long-term care facility. You will assist in the preparation and serving of food using portion control procedures, ensure that food and supplies are available, and assist in inventorying and storing incoming food. You will also assist in the cleaning and sanitizing of work areas and utensils.

Qualifications:
- Experience in a long-term care setting is preferred. We will train.
- Able to relate professionally and positively to customers and families.
- We are a vaccinated care facility. New hires will need to provide proof of vaccination or other acceptable documents prior to starting employment.
