Opened in the Spring of 2020, The Lakes of Clermont Health & Rehabilitation Center is conveniently located in the southern half of Lake County. We are an 80-bed, fast-paced, skilled nursing community full of dedicated and compassionate caregivers, and we are looking for additional team members to work with our at-risk patient population.
Our community has an opportunity for an RN Supervisor. We're looking for a driven, caring, and passionate individual to serve as a leader to our excellent nursing staff. In this role, you will provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices, and regulations, and as directed by the Director of Nursing Services. You will supervise licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions to maintain outcome-focused care and services for each resident while achieving the facility’s business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
- Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families and to work cooperatively with others.
- Demonstrated understanding of state and federal rules and regulations that govern the practices of the facility.
- Must maintain regular attendance, be flexible, and demonstrate calm and professional behaviors.
- Must be able to communicate clearly, verbally, and in writing.
- We are a vaccinated care facility. New hires will need to provide proof of vaccination or other acceptable documents prior to starting employment.
