Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all aspects of concrete construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating work activities
- Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Supervise and train a team of concrete workers, ensuring that they are working safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Order and manage materials and equipment needed for each project
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that project requirements are met
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including labor and material costs
