- 3-5 years: $24-$30 per hour
- 6 years: $35-$40 per hour Hours: Average 50 hours per week, schedule may fluctuate.

Candidates must have a strong understanding of both automatic and manual transmissions as our fleet includes both types.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain concrete pump trucks in compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure precise and efficient pumping for various commercial and industrial projects.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
- Communicate effectively with site teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and project timelines.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in concrete pumping (preferably in commercial and industrial projects).
- Certification: Must hold certification from the American Concrete Pumping Association (ACPA). Certifications vary based on equipment size operated.
- CDL: Valid Commercial Driver’s License required.
- Background & Drug Testing: Must pass a background check and a 10-panel drug test.
- Driving Record: Clean driving record is mandatory.
- TWIC Card: Transportation Worker Identification Credential is required.
- Basic Plus Certification: Must be certified.
- Transmission Knowledge: Must be proficient with both automatic and manual transmissions.
