The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in wireless infrastructure testing and optimization, particularly with Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS). Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform DAS walk testing and data collection using tools such as iBwave, PIM, Sweep, and Spectrum Analyzer
- Analyze and report on test results using software like JDSU, Anritsu, EXFO, TEMS, or similar
- Validate signal performance and RF coverage in venues such as hospitals, commercial buildings, or stadiums
- Communicate effectively with engineering and project management teams
- Document testing results and maintain data integrity in reports and software
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols
Minimum Requirements
To Be Considered, Candidates Must Meet The Following Criteria
- At least 1 year of DAS or RF Testing experience
- Working knowledge of DAS components and RF systems
- Comfortable using testing tools and software platforms
- Ability to read and interpret RF schematics and building floor plans
- Excellent problem-solving and reporting skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Based in Phoenix, AZ or willing to commute daily (no relocation provided)
- iBwave Level 1 or 2 certification
- Experience on enterprise-level DAS deployments
- Familiarity with network optimization or commissioning
- OSHA 10/30 or RF Safety certification
- Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hour, depending on experience and skill level
- Weekly pay (W2 or 1099 available)
