Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Manager to join our fast-paced restoration company in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take charge of daily warehouse operations including managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, inspecting equipment, and preparing trucks for restoration jobs.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain accurate inventory of equipment and supplies
• Clean and inspect restoration equipment and trucks regularly
• Load and prepare restoration trucks for daily jobs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure proper equipment is ready and available
• Track equipment usage and report any maintenance or repair needs
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
  
  

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or inventory management experience preferred
• Must have a reliable mode of transportation
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
• Must be punctual, dependable, and proactive
• Experience in the restoration or construction industry is a plus
  
  

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $25 - $40 per hour (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
• Start Date: Immediate Hire
