What the Job Looks Like
As a Payment Processor, you will evaluate claims to ensure data integrity before processing within our secure Member Portal. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Build credible, trusted relationships with our clients and customers.
- Promptly respond to each of our customers’ inquiries.
- Support our ticket system to ensure member payments are processed properly and efficiently.
- Support the Claims Adjudication, HRA, and Member Support departments as required.
- Establishes a working relationship with billing providers, Members and internal staff
- Assists Members on any related dispute/issue as authorized.

· Comfort using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
