Pay: $50.00 Per Hour


The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.   A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. 


Location: 110 Innovation Dr, Irvine Ca, 92617. 


Shift: Monday – Friday 7am-4pm

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • POSITION SUMMARY
  • The Facility Supervisor directs the activities of maintenance staff and associated service contractors required to provide maintenance of the property grounds. Responsible for supporting the implementation and documentation of site safety plans and all Able Engineering Services’ operational standards and guidelines, as well as site specific standards, policies and procedures relating to the maintenance department.
  • POSITION RESPONSIBLILITIES
  • Provides management for large maintenance staff.
  • Performs and administers the workorders as well as provides applicable quality assurance inspections. Reports and collaborates with manager on status and findings.
  • Provides training for engineering staff and promotes an environment of learning and development.
  • Provides and manages stock levels on all maintenance equipment, paint, and parts.
  • Schedule all activities of the maintenance staff and inspects work performed when needed. Evaluates all workorders and assess priorities and distribute them to responsible staff for action, monitors progress, and adjust resources to accommodate high priority maintenance requests.
  • Reviews incomplete workorders and informs Operational Manager of schedule changes. Provides workorder reports to the operational manager regarding any opened workorders delayed for parts, emergencies, or other reasons.
  • Schedule maintenance staff for regular workdays, holidays, and vacation relief.
  • Prepares material purchase requisitions and distributes to staff.
  • Consistently maintain appearance that is appropriate, safe, and in accordance with Able Engineering Services standards. Always display clean and visible identification.
  • Demonstrates commitment to quality of service.
  • Complies with Able Engineering Services and site-specific policies and procedures. Maintains regular attendance in the workplace.
  • Report to operational management on any retail center issues.
  • Set and maintain a professional work environment with staff.
  • Assure good communication.
  • Ensure standards of service and commitment.
  • Ensure compliance with safe practices and standards.
  • Develop goals for department, staff, and self.
  • Build morale and a team approach.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Proven knowledge of MS Office including, excel, word, outlook and powerpoint.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance management.
  • Experience in managing a staff.
