HVAC Chiller Technician with a leader in Facility Services
Pay: $80.00/hr. to $90/hr. (Union Scale) (as listed on the job requisition)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Sign on bonus available!
Responsibilities: Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities.
Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary Assists in emergencies as needed.
Travel to local customer sites to provide required repairs, maintenance and service to HVAC units, including chillers, boilers and cooling towers.
Company vehicle/fuel card is provided.
Work on low temperature refrigeration equipment
Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available
Low temp, refrigeration experience, Mechanical background.
Experience with Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers
Must be EPA Universal Certified Must have a valid driver license
Looking for 5 years of refrigeration/HVAC experience
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of experience with low temperature refrigeration
5 years Commercial HVAC experience
