Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all. This role is essential in upholding our standards of hygiene and cleanliness across commercial spaces. You will be cleaning buildings in Lapeer Michigan. All locations are within 5 minutes of each other. Pay is $500 a week. This a 1099 position.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete cleaning assignments efficiently.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
