Position: Lead (Parking Garage)
Full time Flexible Monday thru Friday
occasional weekend shifts
7:30am 4:30pm
8:30am - 5:30pm
Pay: 19-21 Hourly
The Lead duties include, but are not limited to, overseeing the performance of building operations and maintenance, assigning duties to workers, inspecting facilities and/or reviewing inspection reports, developing scopes for subcontracts, and obtaining bids from outside contractors as necessary.
