Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with janitorial services.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and address any operational needs.
- Ensure contractual obligations are met, including cleaning schedules, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Operations & Supervision:
- Oversee daily janitorial operations across assigned locations, ensuring staff adhere to cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Supervise, train, and schedule janitorial teams to optimize efficiency and service quality.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure consistency and adherence to company and client standards.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in janitorial services, facility management, or a related field.
- Leadership: Proven experience supervising teams and managing multiple locations.
- Client Relations: Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Organization: Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment:
- Requires travel between client sites as needed.
- May involve evening or weekend shifts based on client needs.
- Physical requirements include standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
