Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
Responsibilities:
Communication management: Answering phone calls, directing calls, taking messages, responding to emails, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Calendar management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, managing team diaries.
- Document management: Creating, editing, and distributing documents, maintaining filing systems, archiving records.
- Meeting support: Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, distributing meeting notes.
- Data entry and record keeping: Maintaining databases, entering data accurately, updating records
- Office supplies and logistics: Ordering office supplies, managing inventory, coordinating equipment maintenance
- Administrative support: Assisting with travel arrangements, preparing reports, compiling presentations
- Reception duties: Greeting visitors, managing reception area
