What are the responsibilities and job description for the Airport Customer Service Agent position at ABM US?
Pay rate $19.50-$20.00/Hour.
Mon-Sun 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, or 11pm (7 days a week) Flexible to work any shift.
4pm-10pm or 11pm
Part-Time position.

The Airport Customer Assistant Rep. provides assistance and information to airport passengers.
Essential Functions
- Acts as a Welcome Ambassador for arriving passengers
- Greets and engages with passengers in and around the terminal area to offer assistance with directions, flight information and general inquiries
- Explains to passengers what services are available to them at the airport
Responsibilities
(Other duties may be assigned.)
- Stationed at various airport locations, including the main ticket lobby level to answer questions and provide information to passengers.
- Greet passengers arriving from International flights.
- Bin running for TSA
- Other duties as required.
- Standing and walking all day
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available.
- Must be bilingual English & Spanish (Fluent)
- Must be available to work on weekends, especially Sundays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience
- 1 yr of similar work experience
