Airport Dispatcher

Pay:  $21.22 per hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.  A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. 

Position Summary

The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating resources according to customer requests. Duties may include using radio, telephone, or computer to transmit assignments and compile statistics and reports on work progress.  Specific tasks are not guaranteed, therefore, must be flexible in performing assigned duties as outlined below:

Essential Duties

ACC

• Maintain high levels of performance for customer service metrics including call logs, call quality, 
• customer service feedback ratings, tracking, etc.
• Maintain effective inventory control processes which includes monitoring and tracking of goods and supplies.
• Working knowledge of workforce management practices and tools, e.g., scheduling software, ABM Clean monitoring software.
• ATP Testing- measuring residual organic matter that may remain after a surface, device, or piece of 
• equipment is cleaned.
• Assists in the introduction and development of new products, policies and resulting technology changes.
• Considerable knowledge of the company's products, services, and operations to enable resolution of customer inquiries.
• Submit a daily ACC report for your assigned shift.

SCC

• Snow control center /snow event operations/ dispatching, call logs
• Assisting in snow shoveling
• Inspect site landside/airside and send updates to client on an on-going basis for terminal.
• conditions. (Every 2 hours)
• Decide which tools are required such as shovels and equipment.
• Maintain and care for snow removal tools and equipment and keeping track of Inventory, replenishing SOS bins. 
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, while ensuring terminal property is not damaged during snow removal process.
• Maintain and care for snow removal tools and equipment.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations.
• Good communication skills
• Technology Savvy
• Job duties may be modified at any time

Must:

• Must be 18 years of age or older. 
• Flexibility for all shifts; Open availability for overtime coverage.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Customer Service Experience 
• One year of lead or supervisory experience
