The Ramp agent responsible for performing general cleaning and upkeep of assigned area within a specific building. Specific tasks are not guaranteed, therefore, must be flexible in performing assigned duties as outlined below. This position requires valid Driver license.
Payrate: $19.57/hr

Essential Duties
- Sweep entire ramp.
- Clean oil spills from all gates.
- Policing and sweeping parking spots.
- Clean blast fence lines.
- Clean service roads.
- Clean bag rooms and remove waste.
- Sweep, with broom, all private stairways.
- Police stairwells and clean or damp mop spillage in public areas as required.
- Remove waste from dumpsters.
- Keep slop sink rooms in a clean, neat, and orderly condition.
- Sweep outside entrance areas.
- Snow removal.
- Operating any snow equipment.
- Operating street sweepers and vehicles.
- Add salt on ground when necessary.
- Heavy lifting of waste bags.
- Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
