Job Summary Details:
The floor technician may be responsible for cleaning and maintaining floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning. Also responsible for using safety measures in work areas.
The floor technician may be asked to assist with special projects within the account as needed. Willing to complete other duties as assigned. Project Cleaner is responsible for the cleaning of assigned areas within an airport. Job duties will be assigned daily and may change depending on the needs of the client, customers, or company. The duties of the project cleaner may include deep cleaning carpets, restrooms, and passenger elevators; detail cleaning escalators and moving sidewalks; cleaning soft seating, windows, light lenses on low ceilings, interior and exterior graphics, inside and outside of trash receptacles; polish stainless steel; perform high dusting; scrub ceramic tile floors; and other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
