Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain lawns, gardens, and other landscaped areas by mowing, trimming, planting, and watering.
· Perform routine maintenance tasks such as raking leaves, removing debris/trash, and clearing walkways.
· Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
· Valid driver's license and experience with operating a trailer and manual transmission. Operate company trucks to haul trash and debris to the landfill.
· Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments to enhance plant health and appearance as well as control weeds.
· Assist with the setup and teardown of outdoor/indoor events and activities.
· Assist with spreading of ice melt and snow removal when applicable.
· Perform minor repairs and maintenance on groundskeeping equipment and facilities.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related field is preferred.
· Knowledge of grounds maintenance techniques.
· Ability to operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment.
· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
· Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Salary : $18 - $20
