The Janitorial Project Manager (bilingual Spanish strongly preferred) is an industry professional with extensive client relationship experience and a positive attitude. The successful candidate will have 3 years of progressive leadership, business development and proven industry experience managing in multi-site service industry.
Essential Functions
- Provide operational solutions to our clients as well as supervisors and foreman.
- Assists in the management of the financial performance of all accounts while building and maintaining solid customer relationships.
- Manages budgets, accounts financial performance and improve bottom line.
- Manages employees at all levels, including recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, discipline and termination.
- Demonstrates commitment to safety and quality of service.
- Managing the day-to-day task of their subordinates in a complex environment.
- Implement processes and procedures to affect change.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of progressive management experience in a building service industry
- Successful track record of growing business organically
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to execute against a project plan
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated budget management capabilities
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
