Job Summary Details:
The Lead Cashier is accountable for cash and electronic transactions.
Pay: $16.00 per hour

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• No experience required and on-the-job- training is provided
Preferred Qualifications:
• One (1) Year of prior customer service or similar experience preferred
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all cashiers to make sure work is completed appropriately
• Accept accountability for cash transactions
• Assure all transactions are accounted for correctly
• Train new associates on Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Count down cash drawer with previous shift lead present to ensure accurate counts and reporting
• Check in with cashiers, no less than once an hour, for drops and change needs
• Provide customer service and information to patrons and prep for next shift. Including money audits, supply checks, verifying the cashier has all needed paperwork to complete their duties
• Ensure quality service, customer satisfaction, clean facility areas, and a safe work environment
