RESPONSIBILITIES: (not limited to)
- Report directly to Facility Manager and/or the Office clerk.
- Doing a thorough inspection of the exit lanes area, always maintaining cleanliness and safety.
- Highly responsible, able to work with minimal oversight and being proactive with his/her duties.
- Assist Tenants, Gym members and Visitors, that might have trouble to exit and cashiering them as
required, always providing excellent customer service by providing a friendly environment, which includes proactively greeting and thanking each customer.
- Assist customers at Pay Station and parking gates when required.
- Troubleshoot equipment and be solution oriented to fix any problems in a timely manner.
- Use Radio to communicate with Parking and Building Security staff to assist customers as needed.
- Secure the Bank Reserved spaces after the Bank closes for the day by placing poles, chains and cones.
- Complete the Daily Exit Log when assisting someone at the exit lanes.
- Responsible of closing the right exit lane at the end of the day, by placing chains and cones.
- Responsible of maintaining exit area and always pay station area clean.
- Understanding ABM policies and procedures, able to self-manage and self-motivate working with
manager to execute them effectively.
- Perform and complete other duties as assigned.

- Must have the ability to work under pressure within a high demanding clientele and communicate clearly and efficiently.
- Must have an excellent attitude every day and high level of integrity.
- Must be able to learn new concepts, adapt to change, and collaborate.
- Must speak understand English proficiently. Must write legibly.
- Must understand basic math and able to execute transactions consistently.
