What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parking lot cleaner position at ABM?
Parking Lot Lead Cleaner is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners
12 Hour Shifts $18-19 / hr Benefits after 30 days Must have Lead or Supervisor experience DL Required
Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and direction to team members
- Report performance issues to the Supervisor
- Assist with the training of cleaning team
- Coordinate work assignments
- Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
- Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
- Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
- Report work orders for maintenance
- Makes sure premises are secured at all times
- Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work
- Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager
- Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building
- Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
- Complete order forms completely and accurately
- Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 1 yr leadership or supervisor experience required
- Must have Drivers License
- Must pass MVR and drug screen
