Retail Merchandiser
Compensation - $25.00/hour and mileage reimbursement
Sunday and Wednesday morning – 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITES:
- Merchandise, stock, and rotate bread and cake products on a company assigned restock route at various retail partners. Adhere to the stop sequence, and established service times to drive efficiency and to ensure continued customer satisfaction and consistent service times
- Adhere to the fresh market policy by appropriately rotating product. Always ensure shelf life is maximized with proper rotation of products (First in, First out)
- Adhere to required customer shelf schematic/plan-o-gram to ensure customer compliance
- Restock and straighten out shelves and displays at each service
- Check in and communicate with store management at each visit
- Establish and maintain a sound, professional working relationship with key personnel
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Maintain cleanliness of an organized workspace
- Ensure compliance with all Company Policies and Procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Possess a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and have or obtain a reliable means of transportation to and from stores
- Must be able to work Sunday and Wednesday morning – example 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Must clock in and contact manager each morning confirming you are working
- Must be customer oriented with the ability to provide an extraordinary level of customer service and solve customer issues as they occur.
- Ability to some holidays that fall on Sunday and Wednesday – (hours are based on client needs)
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry products weight up to 50 lbs. as well as the ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs
