The Wheelchair Agent is a front-line passenger assistant who escorts an airline passenger quickly and safely from point A to point B inside the airport terminal. This assistance is free to both disabled and non-disabled airline passengers who have scheduled a personal wheelchair escort for the comfort of their travel experience. ABM provides passenger services for Southwest Airlines at PHX airport. Learn more about ABM's Aviation Services here.
Salary:
- This position pays $12.15 an hour plus tips; tips are customary and expected, and average at $4.00 - $6.00 per hour.
- Take tips home daily.
Schedule:
- Part-time and full-time hours are available between 4:00 am - 10:30 pm, and some weekends are required.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate for this position will enjoy talking with clients and customers, be able to push a wheelchair safely and quickly for an entire shift.
- Able to fluently write, read, and speak in English.
