What you will do

Architect AI Systems : Design scalable, high-performance AI and ML systems that meet business and technical requirements, ensuring they are secure, robust, and efficient.

Research and Innovation : Lead research initiatives to explore emerging AI and ML technologies, contributing to the organization's innovation pipeline and AI roadmap.

System Integration : Develop strategies for integrating AI / ML solutions with existing enterprise systems, ensuring seamless workflows and data compatibility.

Collaboration : Partner with technical experts and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable system designs and prototypes.

Data Strategy : Define and implement data pipelines and architectures that support machine learning operations, ensuring data quality and accessibility.

Governance and Compliance : Establish guidelines for AI implementations, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Mentorship and Leadership : Mentor team members on AI / ML best practices and system architecture principles, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Must Haves

Experience : 10 years in technology roles, with at least 5 years focused on AI / ML system design and deployment.

Machine Learning Expertise : In-depth knowledge of ML algorithms, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and tools for model development and optimization.

System Architecture : Proven experience architecting and implementing large-scale AI / ML systems in cloud and on-premises environments.

Programming Proficiency : Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or similar languages, with a focus on building scalable AI solutions.

Data Engineering : Expertise in designing and managing data pipelines, storage systems, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

Communication : Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management : Strong organizational skills with a track record of leading AI / ML initiatives from ideation to production.

Nice to Have

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker).

Familiarity with ethical AI principles and practices for responsible AI development.

Knowledge of emerging AI trends such as Generative AI, federated learning, or edge AI.

Certifications in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud with an AI / ML focus.

Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons. Base salary range : 170,000—$200,000 USD
