As a Project Manager in our Professional Services Team you will be responsible for managing our complex customer deployments as well as internal operational projects. - 5 years of Project Management experience, ideally working in a SaaS environment.
- Create, maintain and execute project plans with objectives, deliverables, timelines, dependencies and owners for our more complex Abnormal deployments.
- In addition to customer-focused projects, you will drive internal operational projects within the Professional Services team, focusing on enhancing efficiencies and scaling the team's capabilities.
- Conduct project status meetings for both internal and customer projects providing concise leadership updates and ensuring projects remain on track.
- Identify risks, proactively inform leadership and develop solutions to mitigate.
- Ensure all work related to the project meets the Abnormal standards of quality, holding the bar high.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and repeatable processes for operational excellence maintaining related documentation.
- Enhance our Professional Services Customer Satisfaction Program to drive response rates and achieve excellence.
