About the Role
As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will be integral to our Sales Compensation team, contributing to the design, execution, and optimization of compensation programs that drive our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Accounting, Operations and other key stakeholders to analyze compensation data, manage monthly commissions processing and ensure the effective implementation of our compensation plans.
In this job, you will bring these skills :
- Analytical Expertise : Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Attention to Detail : Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in data management and reporting.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with compensation management systems. Proficiency in CaptivateIQ, including advanced functionalities, is a significant plus
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly to various stakeholders.
- Project Management : Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Problem-Solving : Proactive problem solver with a track record of addressing and resolving compensation-related challenges.
