Job Responsibilities

Qualifications
- A valid state license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
- A current NP National Board Certification.
- An active DEA licensure.
- A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
- At least five years of nursing experience, with at least two years of experience as a nurse practitioner preferred.
