Location : Williamsburg, VA
Your Responsibilities :
- Deliver evidence-based medical care by assessing, planning, and addressing patient needs.
- Examine and treat patients for chronic and urgent care, including minor injuries, illnesses, and accidents.
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests to support patient care.
- Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, interdisciplinary care.
- Provide necessary referrals to other healthcare practitioners when needed.
- Maintain up-to-date patient medical records to track healthcare progress.
