Job Location : Dayton, OH

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver evidence-based medical care by assessing, planning, and evaluating patient medical needs.
• Examine and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, and other conditions.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies as required.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to maintain comprehensive care plans.
• Provide referrals to specialized healthcare practitioners when necessary.
• Ensure that patient medical records are kept accurate and up to date.
