Compassionate Medical Care Provider - Abode Care Partners

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Abode Care Partners, a leading provider of integrated medical services.

Overview:

This role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate, evidence-based medical care to seniors and individuals with complex needs in various settings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge base of HIPAA and OSHA regulations, as well as proficiency in medical instruments and equipment.

A minimum of five years of nursing experience, with at least two years of nurse practitioner experience, is required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based medical care by planning, directing, and evaluating patient medical needs
• Examine and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals in providing interdisciplinary care and maintaining a comprehensive plan of care
• Ensure patient medical records are kept up to date

Qualifications:

• Active state Nurse Practitioners license
• Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
• Active state DEA licensure
• Masters degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written
• Excellent time management skills with accountability for practitioner's daily workflow
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
• Ability to engage in moderate physical activity
