About the Job
We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide personalized medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs. The role involves planning, directing, and evaluating patient medical needs, along with collaborating with caregivers and healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), five or more years of nursing experience, and demonstrated proficiency in computer-based data management programs, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
