About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Abode Care Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for examining and treating chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses.
You will work closely with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care and maintain a comprehensive plan of care. Referrals to other healthcare practitioners may be necessary in certain cases.
