Senior Medical Practitioner Role
We are excited to announce that Abode Care Partners is a leading provider of integrated medical services in the state.
You will have the opportunity to grow your medical skills while providing personalized care to seniors and patients with complex needs where they reside. Base salary ranges between $80,000 and $110,000 with total earnings potential reaching $120,000 with our monthly incentive plan based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and evaluate patient medical needs through evidence-based care.
- Examine and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses.
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as necessary.
- Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care and maintain comprehensive plans of care.
- Provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners when required.
- Ensure patient medical records are up-to-date and accurate.
Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Five or more years of nursing experience.
- Proficiency in medical instruments and equipment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer-based data management programs, electronic medical record systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
