As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will provide evidence-based medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs in various settings. Your role will involve examining and treating chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses. You will also order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed. Additionally, you will collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a master's degree in nursing, active NP licensure, and strong interpersonal communication skills. You should have at least two years of nurse practitioner experience and be proficient in medical instruments and equipment. You should also have a strong knowledge base of HIPAA and OSHA regulations. Furthermore, you should be able to engage in moderate physical activity and have a valid automobile insurance policy.
