At Abode Care Partners, we are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing personalized medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) and at least five years of nursing experience. Proficiency in medical instruments and equipment is essential, as well as demonstrated proficiency in computer-based data management programs and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for examining and treating chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses. You will also order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed, collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals, and provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary.
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $120,000, with total earnings potential reaching $130,000 based on performance.
