">Job Description:
">We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team, responsible for providing evidence-based medical care by planning, directing, and evaluating patient medical needs. Key responsibilities include examining and treating chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other conditions; ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic testing as necessary; collaborating with caregivers and healthcare professionals in providing interdisciplinary care and maintaining a comprehensive plan of care; referring patients to other healthcare practitioners when needed; and ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, candidates must possess an active state NP license, current NP National Board Certification, active state DEA licensure, and a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN). A minimum of five years of nursing experience, including at least two years as a Nurse Practitioner, is preferred.
