We are excited to announce that Integrated Care Professionals is now part of Abode Care Partners (a BrightSpring Health Services Company). As a Senior Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based medical care to our patients. This includes examining and treating chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses.
You will also be required to collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals in providing comprehensive care and maintaining accurate patient medical records. If you have a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), five or more years of nursing experience, and at least two years of nurse practitioner experience, we encourage you to apply.
