Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is $100,000-$120,000, with total earnings potential reaching $130,000 based on performance. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based medical care to seniors and individuals with complex needs.
- Perform examinations and treatments to diagnose and manage chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses.
- Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Five or more years of nursing experience.
- Proficiency in medical instruments and equipment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer-based data management programs, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
