Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with Healthcare Professionals: Working closely with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care and maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
- Maintaining Accurate Patient Records: Ensuring patient medical records are up-to-date and accurately reflect their treatment plans.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Active State License: A valid license as a Nurse Practitioner in your state.
- Certifications and Education: Current National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner and a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Experience: Five or more years of nursing experience, with at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
- Skillset: Strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in medical instruments and equipment.
