Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to seniors and individuals with complex needs. This will involve examining and treating chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses.
Other responsibilities will include ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed, collaborating with caregivers and other healthcare professionals in providing interdisciplinary care, and maintaining accurate patient records.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of gerontology and be able to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
