We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team and provide personalized care to seniors and patients with complex needs in various settings.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide evidence-based medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs
  • Examine and treat chronic and urgent illnesses and injuries
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
  • Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals to maintain comprehensive care plans
  • Maintain up-to-date patient medical records

Qualifications :

  • Active state Nurse Practitioner license
  • Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
  • Five or more years of nursing experience with at least two years as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Proficient in medical instruments and equipment
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations
  • Proficiency in computer-based data management programs and EMR systems
  • Driver's license with valid automobile insurance
