As a Nurse Practitioner at Abode Care Partners, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, including seniors and individuals with complex medical needs. You will evaluate patient medical needs, treat illnesses and injuries, order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed, collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals, provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary, and maintain accurate patient medical records.
