What You Will Do
Provide personalized care to seniors and patients with complex needs in their residences. Conduct examinations and treatments for chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, and other injuries or illnesses. Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals in providing comprehensive care. Refer patients to other healthcare practitioners when necessary and maintain accurate patient medical records.
